Question: The 'on/off' switch for the wireless LAN on my Tecra A2 has fallen off while the wireless was set to 'off'. Is there a fix to get the wireless working? NB. no software fix works, it has to be a hardware fix.

Hi. Many thanks for the guide. I'm looking to replace the fan on my A2 which has gone very quiet and caused the laptop to get incredibly hot.

Which steps can I skip while disassembling the laptop if all I need to change is the fan? I don't want to do more than is necessary as I don't want to risk breaking anything!

Cheers,
